Graduated from Sri Vivekananda College, Puttur, Dakshina Kannada in 1969. He pursued the Chartered Accountancy course under articleship at M/s Rao & Swamy, Chartered Accountants, Bangalore. He secured 40 Rank in CA Intermediate in all India Level. He became the member of ICAI in the year 1974. He is the senior partner in M/s. Chandrashekar Kote & Co.

K. SHAM BHAT (B.com, FCA)

Graduated from St. Philomena College, Puttur, Dakshina Kannada in 1978. He pursued the Chartered Accountancy course under articleship at M/s Chandrashekar Kote & Co, Chartered Accountants Bangalore. He secured 48th Rank in CA Intermediate and 25th Rank in CA Final in all India Level. He became the member of ICAI in the year 1983. He is a partner in M/s. Chandrashekar Kote & Co. since 1983.He also held the position of Office Bearer at ICAI, Mangalore Branch and also Managing Committee member of Shree Bharathi College, Mangalore from 2010 to 2012.

RAJARAM KOTE (FCA)

Graduated from Canara College, Mangalore Dakshina Kannada. He pursued the Chartered Accountancy course under articleship at M/s Chandrashekar Kote & Co, Chartered Accountants, Bangalore. He became the member of ICAI in the year 2006. He is a partner in M/s. Chandrashekar Kote & Co. since 2006.He also held position as a Member of Executive Committee of Sanjivini Vidhya Samastha, Trustee of Samarpana Trust and served as Treasurer of Rotary Coffee Land, Chikmaglur.

A. RAVISH RAO (B.Com, LLB, ACA)

Graduated from S.Nijalingappa College,Bangalore. He is also a Law Graduate from KLE Law College,Bangalore. He pursued the chartered accountancy course under article ship at M/s Chandrashekar Kote & Co, Chartered Accountants Bangalore. He became the member of ICAI in the year 2013. He is a partner in M/s.
